Shipping
A confirmation email will be sent to you, including your order number and a summary of your cart.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your package's tracking number.
You also have the option to track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your order confirmation email.
- In preparation: We are preparing your order for shipment.
- Shipped: Your package has been handed over to our carrier, and delivery is in progress.
- Estimated delivery date: The date your package is expected to be delivered to you.
- Delivered: Your package has been delivered to your home.
You can request a modification to your order by reaching out to us promptly via email after placing it. However, whether the modification can be made will depend on the reason for your request and the status of the order. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
From Metropolitan France (excluding DOM-TOM) or from one of the Member Countries of the European Union (excluding Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Iceland, Greece, Malta, Norway, and Romania):
Returns are at our expense. You have 15 days after receiving your order to return it for a refund or store credit.
- Send us your request at contact@vaincourt.com so that we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email to print and attach to your package.
- Pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging and original shipping box. Attach the prepaid shipping label you received by email to the package, and drop it off at the post office, a La Poste pick-up point, or directly in your mailbox by indicating it on the La Poste website: https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/retourbal/formulaire.
Upon receipt of your return, you will receive your refund within 14 business days. Make sure to have your proof of deposit stamped, and keep it until you receive your refund.
Please note: To obtain a refund, all items must be in their original condition. Any worn, used, altered, or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. When receiving your package, be sure to handle your belt with care during the first fitting to avoid damaging the product.
From Another Country:
The return is at your expense, and we decline all responsibility for returns. You have 15 days after receiving your order to return it for a refund or store credit.
- Email us at contact@vaincourt.com to notify us of your intention to return the product(s).
- Pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging and original shipping box. Choose a return method and send the package directly to the following address: VAINCOURT

Upon receipt of your return, you will receive your refund within 14 business days. Make sure to have your proof of deposit stamped, and keep it until you receive your refund.
Please note: To obtain a refund, all items must be in their original condition. Any worn, used, altered, or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. When receiving your package, be sure to handle your belt with care during the first fitting to avoid damaging the product. You must clearly indicate on the customs declaration form that this is a non-commercial shipment with no commercial value.
You have a period of 15 days after receiving your order to return items, either for a refund or a store credit.
Allow approximately 14 business days for our team to process your return package.
We do not offer exchanges on our website. If you would like a different size, model, or color, please return the item and place a new order on our website.
Belt Care & Maintenance
We recommend that you keep your Vaincourt belts away from direct sunlight, heat, and rain. If they get wet, dry them immediately with a soft cloth. When not in use, store them in their box or cotton protective pouch. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. We carefully select our leathers to ensure you receive an exceptional product. The longevity of the leather depends on its maintenance.
Size
Our belts are measured from the end of the buckle to the center hole. The size may vary depending on where the belt is worn: on the hips or around the waist. If you are unsure, Vaincourt sizes correspond to your hip measurement for a trouser belt, or to your waist measurement for a belt worn at the waist.

Order
Our pre-order belts are handcrafted by our artisans, especially for you. After your order is confirmed, it takes a few weeks to ensure exceptional quality. We will keep you updated throughout the process, and your belt will be shipped as soon as it's ready.
If your order does not meet your expectations, we invite you to contact our Customer Service at contact@vaincourt.com and return your order within 15 business days. For more information on returns, please read the "Returns/Refunds" section above. If your item is defective, please remember to attach photos to your message to help us find a solution.
Payment
You can pay for your order using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express). Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are fully processed through the secure payment module of our partner STRIPE. Your payment is completely secure. Our site does not allow for installment payments. If your payment was unsuccessful, feel free to place your order again using a different payment method. If you still cannot complete your order, please contact our Customer Service at contact@vaincourt.com. Our team will be happy to assist you.
