Shipping, Returns & Refunds

DELIVERY

In Metropolitan France (excluding overseas departments and territories) and in the European Union (excluding Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Iceland, Greece, Malta, Norway, and Romania):

Delivery is free.

From the confirmation of your order, delivery times are 2 business days in Metropolitan France and 3 to 5 business days in the European Union.

The rest of the world:

Delivery is subject to a fee of 30€ (thirty euros) for shipping costs, all taxes included (excluding any customs fees that may apply).

You should expect a delay of 5 business days after your order is confirmed.

RETURN & REFUND

In Metropolitan France (excluding overseas departments and territories) and in the European Union (excluding Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Iceland, Greece, Malta, Norway, and Romania):

Return costs are covered by us. You have 15 days after receiving your order to return it for a refund or store credit.

To request a return, simply open your order confirmation email and click on "Request a Return".

  1. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging and in their original shipping box.
  2. Attach the prepaid shipping label you received by email to the package and drop it off at a post office, at a La Poste pick-up point, or directly in your mailbox by following the instructions on the La Poste website: https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/retourbal/formulaire.
  3. Once we receive your return, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.

Be sure to get your proof of deposit stamped and keep it until you receive your refund.

Please note: to qualify for a refund, all items must be in their original condition. No worn, used, altered, or damaged merchandise will be accepted. When you receive your package and try on your belt for the first time, please handle it with care to avoid damaging the product.

International

Return costs are your responsibility, and we decline any liability for returns. You have 15 days after receiving your order to return it for a refund or store credit.

You must clearly indicate on the customs declaration that this is a non-commercial shipment with no commercial value to avoid paying customs duties. In the case of an exchange, we will do the same to avoid incurring a second payment of customs duties on your part.
